Steve is a recovered engineer who found his calling and passion in sales as he built his real estate career. He started as a realtor, became a broker and built one of the most successful agencies in the Phoenix, AZ metro area.
As Steve moved into real estate investing and wholesaling, he discovered his lack of sales abilities and sought to improve his skills. This awakened a passion for sales process and techniques, as well as a drive to teach others how to Close More Sales without spending more on marketing.
Steve trains some of the biggest sales teams in the country and is nationally known as a sales trainer and coach. His focus is on discovering a prospect's motivations and needs, then addressing it directly.
