This allowed them to scale their business much faster than trying to do everything themselves.

Of course, no real estate investing journey is without its challenges. Danny and Kurt faced their fair share of obstacles, including the impact of COVID-19 on their business. But they credit their ability to stay focused and disciplined as key to overcoming these hurdles. As Danny explains, "I still don't know what I'm doing 50% of the time, but I know I have the confidence, the resources and the capital to figure it out."

Deal Structuring

They've leveraged self-directed Roth IRAs to minimize their tax burden and maximize returns, a strategy that many investors overlook. And their experience with partition sales, where they've bought out fractional interests in properties, showcases their creativity and problem-solving skills.

They've set a goal of donating $120,000 this year, supporting causes like the Pat Tillman Foundation and local wrestling programs.
